These fence kits include a layer of small opening size (1" opening or smaller) steel fencing for the bottom of the fence; also includes a minimum of 6" of overlap to pin to the ground with included ground stakes. Great for all types of animals and our most popular type of fence kit. These fence kits are engineered to exclude deer as well as other types of wildlife. They are great around gardens to keep out rabbits, woodchucks/groundhogs and more (also referred to as a rodent barrier). They are also used for animal containment.
Notes on fence kit names and labels: Fence kits (strong) include Critterfence 700 fence mesh, (stronger) include Critterfence 800 fence mesh and (strongest) include Critterfence 1100. These numbers refer to pounds of breaking strength.
Notes on size and length: The two numbers in the item name correspond to height and length. For example, 8 x 300 is 8 feet tall by 300 feet long. If you have a project with 600 linear feet, you would need two 8 x 300 fence kits and so on.
